Do I get charged extra for calling your access numbers?
No - You won't get charged extra other then the normal mobile rates charged by your sevice provider to our mobile access numbers
What is the "Normal Mobile Rate" ?
Normal Mobile rate means the cost/rate specified by your service provider for calling
mobiles phones.
There are no extra charges to call our mobile number other then your normal
mobile calling rates.
How do I know if I am getting charge extra for your access numbers or mobile
numbers?
Ok - we know it's hard to believe, But you can try our numbers for one minute
and just check your calling balance or call your service provider to check if
you were charged any extra or not.
Do I need to register for your access numbers?
No - you do not need to register, no contracts, and no payments to us
How do I make calls from Landline or home phone? What is the benefit?
If you are calling our mobile number access number to make calls, you can even
benefit by calling from your home phone/landline. Well this is what you have to
work out.
Find out if you have mobile cap on your home phone, some service providers
gives you Mobile calling cap (for eg. you can call to a mobile number from home
phone/landline for around NZ$2 for 20 minutes)
You need to find out from your service provider if you have any type of capping
for calling the Mobile number and how much does it cost you.
If it works out to be cheaper to use the mobile cap to call our mobile access
number then you can save on your international phone bills
Do i need to enter any phone card or calling card pin number?
No - You do not need to any phone card or calling card pin number. We are not selling online phone cards or calling cards to make international calls. Just dial our access numbers and make international calls
Can i use my Vodafone to Vodafone or same mobile to same mobile network free minutes to use your access numbers?
No - Same mobile network to same mobile network minutes are not covered with our service, unless you have asked and confirmed with your service provider that if you can use network to network free minutes to call our access numbers. If you have inclusive minutes in your mobile which you can use to call other network mobiles or other numbers specified on our website then those minutes can be used to call our access numbers. Please confirm with your service provider about your mobile or landline plans/contract.
What is the catch?
There is no catch - it's a simple way. We just give you the access to free
international calls through our access numbers. No extra charges to you other
the cost specified on our website
